We make every effort to display our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. The Otterly Life Jacket is a swim aid designed to improve buoyancy and make it easier to lift your dog from the water; it is not a substitute for supervision. Always supervise your pet in and around water and use the correct size according to our size guide. The Otterly Carry Hoodie is designed for small pets; always support your pet with your arms when standing, walking or bending.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and to limit quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Discounts and promotions

Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying number of items is in your cart. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may end at any time.
