Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order

We currently ship to addresses across the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Standard shipping is free and typically arrives within 7–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Order page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at seller.vellura@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each one.
